About The Position
This role involves receiving donations from donors, tracking and weighing them, and sharing information about the company's charity partners and mission. The position requires working in various weather conditions and safely loading/unloading trailers and donation boxes. The donations team collaborates to care for donated items and provide treasures for customers, combining a passion for donors and community service.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Provide outstanding customer service to all donors
- Organized and can keep the donations area neat and presentable
- Aren’t afraid of working in the ever-changing weather
- Committed to working safely and efficiently
- A team player ready to work with a diverse group of co-workers
Responsibilities
- Receive donations from donors
- Track and weigh donations that we collect
- Share information about our charity partners and our mission with our donors and customers
- Work in the heat, the cold and in wet weather conditions
- Work safely and efficiently in loading and unloading trailers and donation boxes
