About The Position

Responsible for providing exceptional guest service on the slot floor. The role includes assisting guests with questions, verifying and paying jackpot winnings, and completing required paperwork. The attendant performs minor machine maintenance, documents cash transactions and jackpot payouts, and maintains friendly, courteous relationships with customers and employees. The position also involves slot-floor activities to protect company property and funds, maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas, and keep key controls secure. The attendant must operate a handheld two-way radio and communicate clearly over it.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be knowledgeable about applicable gaming regulations and company policies.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to maneuver a weight of fifty pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with questions and provide exceptional customer service on the slot floor.
• Verify and pay jackpot winnings and complete the required written documentation.
• Perform minor machine maintenance, including locking and unlocking machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines.
• Complete department forms documenting cash transactions, jackpot payouts, and other required information accurately and legibly.
• Develop and maintain a friendly, courteous rapport with customers and employees.
• Operate a handheld radio and communicate clearly over it.
• Conduct slot-floor activities to protect company property and funds.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
