About The Position

The Attendant-Comp F&B role at La Vista Embassy Suites is a full-time position focused on creating a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception services. This role involves ensuring cleanliness, proper stocking of service areas, and interacting positively with guests. The position requires following food safety standards, monitoring food quality, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service operations. Flexibility in availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary. Requirements

Great attitude and love for teamwork.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to obtain Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications within 60 days.

Responsibilities

Prepare, present, and maintain complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
Keep buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment clean and stocked.
Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns professionally.
Assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards.
Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
Communicate key updates during shift changes.
Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues.
