This role involves preparing, presenting, and maintaining complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception, ensuring cleanliness and stock of service areas, greeting guests, and following food safety standards. The position also requires teamwork to ensure smooth service and communication during shift changes, while adhering to all safety, security, and company policies.

Requirements

Great attitude and love of teamwork.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).

Nice To Haves

Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare, present, and maintain complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready—buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment.
Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
Assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment.
Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards.
Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
Communicate key updates during shift changes.
Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues.
