This role involves preparing, presenting, and maintaining complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception services, ensuring cleanliness and guest readiness of service areas, and providing friendly, helpful guest assistance. The position also requires following food safety standards, monitoring food quality, and collaborating with the team for smooth service operations.

Requirements

Great attitude and love for teamwork.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).

Nice To Haves

Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare, present, and maintain complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
Keep buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns professionally.
Assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service operations.
Communicate key updates during shift changes.
Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues.
