About The Position

Requirements

Tao Group Hospitality in-venue Concession and Bar Attendant training
Minimum 1 year customer service experience or equivalent related Tao Group Hospitality experience required
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge
Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate
Must have good positive energy throughout the day
Must be able to print legibly for Team Members, management, and guests to read
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to move quickly
Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance
Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment

Responsibilities

Provide warm hospitality to all guests. Provide prompt, efficient and timely customer service within a fast-paced environment, with speed and precision being a top priority
Take accurate orders from guests in the queue. Prepare and serve food and beverage items. Present bills for payment and process transactions
Have an in-depth knowledge of the ingredients and how to serve the food and beverage items, to enable you to answer guests’ and coworkers’ questions with confidence
Perform opening, closing and running side work daily
Clean & sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and workstations as necessary or on a schedule set by management
Organize Food and Beverage display and counter areas to standard and restock all items to meet minimum stocking levels
Work as a team with other Concessions Attendants, Server Assistants and Food Runners to provide the best service
Transportation of equipment using hand trucks, dollies, or other moving equipment
Load and unload equipment to designated areas as required
Navigate equipment through tight spaces and around obstacles safely
Assist in the setup and installation of equipment to follow destination layouts
Follow specific instructions for proper placement and configuration
Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
