About The Position

This is a part-time position at the Eldorado location. The Attendant Bakery Kiosk is responsible for preparing desserts for service staff and directly for guests at the dessert carousel. This role requires complete familiarity with all Food and Beverage outlets, support departments, events, promotions, and the physical layout of the establishment. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, communication, and maintaining a fun and safe environment.

Requirements

Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests
Ability to learn and operate the NCR cashier terminal and Point of Sales System.
Have suggestive selling skills
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to organize time and coordinate food orders
Ability to interact with the public in a friendly and gracious manner
Ability to operate and maintain all necessary equipment
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests
Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English.
Need excellent interpersonal skills.
