About The Position

The Attendance & Workforce Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Access Leadership through accurate reporting, policy aligned attendance management, and proactive workforce coordination. This position is responsible for developing and analyzing bi weekly attendance reports, monitoring disciplinary metrics, and ensuring consistent application of attendance policies across departments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or High School plus 4 years' experience
Strong work ethic and accountability
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

Three (3) years of experience in workforce management (WFM), including scheduling, staffing analysis, and system configuration.
System knowledge of Powerbi and UKG

Responsibilities

Develop, generate, and analyze workforce and attendance reports using systems such as Power BI, Mitel, UKG, and Workday to provide leadership with actionable insights, monitor compliance, and track workforce metrics.
Support Access Leadership by preparing attendance-related disciplinary documentation, maintaining accurate attendance records, investigating discrepancies, and providing policy guidance for employee counseling.
Coordinate workforce administration by communicating attendance and compliance issues, collaborating with payroll and leadership teams, managing unplanned absences and staffing coverage, and identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and workforce distribution.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
