The Attendance Supervisor supervises a team of Attendance Specialists; reviews payroll verification tasks involving the use of a computer and business specific software. Responsibilities include supervision of people, routine data entry, filing and retrieval of files, and preparing basic reports for payroll purposes. The Attendance Supervisor may also perform other administrative support tasks to assist in the operations of various departments in the agency. As an Elara Caring Attendance Supervisor , you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways: Monitors, supports, and supervises Attendance staff across multiple offices or states. Communicates advanced payroll related issues, reviews and corrects payroll related information, and reviews payroll time files for accuracy and outliers Runs reports to identify process improvements, lost revenue opportunities and potential labor and wage errors. Assists with caregiver education regarding EVV compliance and State or Federal EVV program requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Graduation or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a busy administrative role.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Ability to review and analyze data efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Some college is preferred
  • Previous supervisory and home care industry preferred.
  • May be asked to travel on occasion to support a field office in time of audit or necessitating event
