About The Position

This role involves providing attendance recovery opportunities for students. These opportunities are available after school, on Saturdays, and during the Winter Break period. Students can make up for up to 10 missed days of instruction, provided they were absent for that duration. Make-up sessions must be for the full day based on the minutes of instruction and cannot be used for future absences. A master attendance recovery calendar will be posted on the school website, ParentSquare, and in the main office.

Requirements

• Ability to work after school, on Saturdays, and during Winter Break.
• Understanding of school attendance policies and procedures.
• Ability to track student attendance and instructional minutes accurately.
• Willingness to post and maintain the attendance recovery calendar.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with students in an academic support role.
• Familiarity with ParentSquare.

Responsibilities

• Provide attendance recovery opportunities for students after school, on Saturdays, and during Winter Break.
