About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a Systems Engineering Manager to join our Attack Program team in Mesa, AZ. Join us, and you will have the unique opportunity to provide Systems Engineering support to the Apache AH-64 and AH-6 Little Bird programs, as well as to IWA programs. We are looking for a Proven Leader to manage a team of employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Systems Engineering for Attack Programs, including IWA support.

Requirements

1+ years’ experience leading projects or teams
5 years’ experience working in an Engineering discipline.
External candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience).
Internal candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
