This must be done in accordance with the company's values, the inherent ethics of the role, particularly regarding the compliance of professional relationships, the requirements of the "Charter of Information by canvassing or prospecting aimed at promoting medicines," internal procedures defining the application of the "Referential for certification of information activity by canvassing or prospecting aimed at promoting medicines" defined by the High Authority of Health, the proper use of medication, regulations governing benefits granted to healthcare professionals and their associations, and personal data protection. Key Activities and Responsibilities: In compliance with company values, the inherent ethics of the role, particularly regarding the compliance of professional relationships, the requirements of the "Charter of Information by canvassing or prospecting aimed at promoting medicines," internal procedures defining the application of the "Referential for certification of information activity by canvassing or prospecting aimed at promoting medicines" defined by the High Authority of Health, the proper use of medication, regulations governing benefits granted to healthcare professionals and their associations, and personal data protection: Analyze promotional information activities carried out in the dedicated sector to optimize them and achieve the objectives set by management. Analyze the results of the dedicated promotional information sector to optimize them and achieve the objectives set by management. Develop a sectoral action plan and a sectoral investment plan based on national and regional directives and on the analysis of promotional information activities and results within the dedicated sector. Implement the developed sectoral action plan and sectoral investment plan. Present certain medications, medical devices, and company services to healthcare professionals in the dedicated promotional information sector who constitute their target audience. Develop an active listening approach with healthcare professionals visited in the dedicated sector to present company medications, medical devices, and services in a manner adapted and personalized to their questions and needs. Organize and lead promotional information meetings for healthcare professionals visited in the dedicated sector. Collect and report cases related to pharmacovigilance, product quality complaints, and medical information requests to the relevant company departments according to the required methods and deadlines. Collect, analyze, and transmit other requests and information gathered from healthcare professionals visited in the dedicated sector to the relevant company departments (Management / Marketing / Compliance / ...). Write reports on promotional information activities as requested, using the tools provided. Undertake continuous training and update scientific and environmental knowledge to best promote and inform healthcare professionals in the dedicated sector who constitute their target audience, actively participate in enhancing the company's image, and adhere to the policy established for this purpose. Conduct appropriate competitive intelligence within the dedicated promotional information sector. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment provided by the laboratory (Computer / Tablet / Phone / Car / ...).

Requirements

  • Professional title of Medical Visitor or equivalent.
  • Professional card of "Attaché(e) à la Promotion du Médicament".
  • 5 to 10 years in drug promotion, with at least 3 years targeting specialist physicians.
  • Proficiency in office automation tools.
  • Proactivity and autonomy in managing priorities.
  • Organizational skills and ability to plan activities.

  • Knowledge of ophthalmologists or a target of specialist physicians in the promotional information sector.
  • Professional English proficiency.
