JOB TITLE: Academic Technology Services - ATS Student Technician JOB PURPOSE: Provide front line tech provisioning, equipment delivery and set-up, and in-person technical assistance. JFNTMP
Requirements
- Enrolled College Student
- Customer Service experience
- Working knowledge of consumer technology
- Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.

Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostics and troubleshooting for Student Computer Lab systems and printers, personal computers, tablets, and phones.
- Assist students, faculty, and staff with technology needs.
- Provide support for internet access in dorms and UW apartments.
- Facilitate a check-out program for laptops, tablets, and multimedia devices.
- Assist in the replacement of student lab computers during summer semesters.
- Travel across campus to troubleshoot and diagnose systems in Student Computer Labs and other public areas.
