About The Position

Our Vantage Technical Services division is seeking a highly motivated and committed individual interested in learning a new field. The individual will be responsible for transporting cash and will be trained to maintain ATM machines. Also, provide armored courier service throughout Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age
Compliance with all local and state firearm laws and has obtained any necessary local or state carry license or permit
Carry an approved firearm while performing the duties of a ATM Cash Loader
Clean driving record and a valid Texas driver’s license
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality relating to sensitive information
Must be willing to work some overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
Willingness to work alone
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite to include Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the day.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of PAIReports a plus

Responsibilities

Make on-site visits to locations on a route which is assigned by leadership to repair, install and/or load cash in ATM equipment
Engage with the customer to ensure high levels of support
Replace ATM parts unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support
Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations
Document activities within the PAI system
Guard and protect the assets of the employer
Other field and service work as business needs present themselves, within your scope of practice
