About The Position
RIGHTECH is a leading nationwide provider of technical staffing services, and we are currently seeking qualified candidates for ATM Technicians in Salt Lake City starting in 2-3 weeks. This is a Direct Hire position.
Requirements
- Basic cabling hand tools
- Hardhat
- High-vis vest
- Gloves
- Steel toed boots
- Goggles
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair ATM hardware and related banking equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on ATMs to reduce downtime.
- Install, configure, test, and service: ATMs and Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs), Drive-up banking systems, Pneumatic tube systems, Audio/video equipment, Alarm systems, CCTV/security cameras, Electronic locks, vaults, and safe deposit boxes.
- Replace defective mechanical and electronic components.
- Respond to scheduled, emergency, and after-hours service calls.
- Document completed work and maintain accurate service records.
- Provide excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
- Follow all company safety procedures and security protocols.
