About The Position

The ATM Program Manager will direct the end-to-end strategy, security, operational health, and modernization roadmap for SDCCU's ATM fleet of approximately 80 ATMs. This individual will serve as the primary owner of the ATM program, responsible for strategic planning, vendor management, lifecycle management, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement. This position is not a field-service ATM technician role. SDCCU utilizes third-party vendors for maintenance and after-hours support. The ideal candidate will operate as a strategic leader responsible for ensuring vendors are aligned to future-state initiatives, modernization efforts, operating system upgrades, hardware lifecycle management, telecommunications planning, and ATM network performance.
