About The Position

This position works with various departments within Athletics to provide support. The role is primarily administrative but also involves supporting Athletics-sponsored events. Workers are required to be present in Athletics offices/facilities and will have extensive interaction with Athletics staff and students.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well-articulated information.
• Ability to understand, speak, and write English to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner.
• Possess public communication skills that allow professional representation of Liberty University to a variety of business and community customers and associates.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Intuitively able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic office duties including answering phones, greeting guests, assisting with special projects, and running errands.
• Collaborate with various departments within Athletics on diverse projects throughout the summer.
• Work events outdoors and provide assistance around outdoor facilities as needed.
