About The Position
You are applying for a student statistics worker position in the athletics department. Student workers play a vital role in our game-day presentation and fill numerous roles at our events. Candidates need to be able to perform the duties listed below capably.
Requirements
- Must be a current UW-Superior student
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must demonstrate customer service skills
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and during breaks
Nice To Haves
- Preference given to students who qualify for federal work study
Responsibilities
- Work in various statistics and game management capacities at athletic events including:
- Data entry on statistics computers
- Game sheet management
- Scoreboard operation
- Playing of music
- Video recording
- Provide information regarding athletic events and promotions
- Assist in event set up and take down
- Dress in proper work apparel suitable to venue and weather
- Other duties as assigned
