About The Position

Under supervision, performs routine, unskilled manual labor to assist the Athletics Department in a temporary capacity (less than 780 hours per fiscal year) in maintaining safe and pristine facilities and grounds for our guests, students and staff to enjoy.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment.
• Ability to learn to perform a variety of unskilled tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in labor positions and operating a lawn mower.

Responsibilities

• Assists with grounds upkeep including lawn mowing, weed trimming, applying mulch, plantings, and related.
• Field prep for practices or competitions.
• Assists with event set up.
• Assists with moving, loading and unloading materials, supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Assists in the clean up after events by collecting trash, cleaning tables, etc.
• Power Washing.
• Related labor duties as needed.
