About The Position

We are seeking an upbeat, engaging, and dedicated Athletic Trainer to work at Riverview Junior-Senior High School. You will provide care and coverage for student-athletes in a variety of sports. This role involves delivering comprehensive athletic training services, preventing, evaluating, and managing athletic injuries and conditions, and providing game and practice coverage as scheduled. The position requires effective communication with coaches, parents, and healthcare providers, maintaining documentation consistent with ESSMC policies and procedures, and upholding the standards outlined by the NATA, BOC, PA State Practice Act, and ESSMC.

Requirements

  • Minimum BS degree
  • Certified as an athletic trainer by the Board of Certification (BOC)
  • Licensed as an athletic trainer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Emergency Cardiac Care (CPR/AED)
  • Act 33 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
  • Act 34 Pennsylvania Criminal History Clearance
  • Act 114 FBI Clearance
  • Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Form
  • Act 24 of 2011 and Act 84 of 2012 Arrest or Conviction Form
  • Act 126 of 2012 Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training

Responsibilities
