About The Position
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Athletic Trainer to provide injury evaluation, immediate care, and emergency response. This role involves delivering on-site athletic training coverage for assigned events, including preparation, coordination with event contracts, and implementation of Emergency Action Plans (EAPs). The position also requires completing timely and accurate injury documentation and communicating care coordination while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor’s Degree (REQUIRED)
- LAT – Licensed Athletic Trainer certification upon hire (REQUIRED)
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (REQUIRED)
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience as an Athletic Trainer (PREFERRED)
Responsibilities
- Provide injury evaluation, immediate care, and emergency response, including first aid, CPR/AED use, activation of EMS, and coordination of care under supervising physician protocols.
- Deliver on-site athletic training coverage for assigned events, including preparation, coordination with event contracts, and implementation of Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
- Complete timely and accurate injury documentation and communicate care coordination while maintaining patient confidentiality.
