About The Position

Missoula Bone & Joint is currently hiring for a Full-Time Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in Missoula, MT. This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your skills and expertise to provide top-notch athletic training services to our patients. As an Athletic Trainer at Missoula Bone & Joint, you will have the chance to work with a diverse group of patients, including athletes of all ages and skill levels. You will collaborate with our team of physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our patients. In addition to the rewarding nature of the work itself, this position offers competitive pay, with an expected hourly rate of $24-$33 per hour. You will be scheduled full time hours during in-season. You will be working a variable schedule. $1,000 sign-on bonus: $500 will be paid upon successful completion of 90 days of employment, and the remaining $500 will be paid upon successful completion of 6 months of employment. Day to day as a Athletic Trainer ATC As an Athletic Trainer at Missoula Bone & Joint, you will have the opportunity to work directly with local area athletes, coaches, and administration. Your role will involve providing comprehensive athletic training services during practices, games, and off-season camps. Your expertise and knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of the student athletes, with the ultimate goal of getting them back to play in a timely and healthy manner. Requirements

  • Proficiency in evaluation and triaging.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in medical treatment techniques, including first aid and emergency care.
  • Valid BOC certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • Valid MT State License.
