About The Position

A fast-growing athletic surfacing and restoration company is seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Athletic Sport Court Technicians. If you enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, traveling to job sites, and learning a specialized trade with long-term growth potential, this opportunity is for you. We are actively hiring immediately due to rapid company expansion and increasing demand for sports court resurfacing, repair, and installation services throughout Florida. No two days are the same. You’ll work on high-visibility projects including tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, running tracks, and athletic facilities for schools, parks, HOAs, sports complexes, and private clients.

Requirements

• Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in South Florida weather
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Repair and resurface athletic courts and sports surfaces
• Apply acrylic coatings and sport surfacing materials
• Paint regulation game lines and markings
• Operate pressure washers, blowers, rollers, and striping equipment
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, patching, and crack repair
• Install nets, fencing, court accessories, and athletic equipment
• Assist with construction and restoration projects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Travel to local job sites throughout South Florida as needed
