Athletic Operations Manager
About The Position
Make an Impact Through Youth Sports. We're looking for an organized, energetic leader to help grow two of the nation's leading youth enrichment programs: Super Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes. This is not a desk job. You'll spend your time leading coaches, building relationships with schools and families, representing our programs at community events, and helping create amazing experiences for thousands of children throughout North Texas. If you're someone who enjoys variety, leadership, and making a real impact, we'd love to meet you. This role combines leadership, coaching, operations, marketing, and community engagement into one exciting position.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a childcare organization or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Background working with schools and/or organizations pertaining to childcare.
- Must be willing to drive to locations as needed.
- Must pass state-required criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coach a youth sports class at a preschool
- Interview and train a new coach
- Visit local schools and community partners
- Represent our programs at a family event
- Help launch a new program location
- Support marketing initiatives
- Meet with school directors and administrators
