About The Position

Felician University is presently offering an exciting opportunity for an energetic and goal-oriented individual. The Athletics Operations Coordinator/JV Baseball Coach is a full-time, twelve-month position responsible for the overall management and administration of the Junior Varsity Baseball program. In addition, this position plays a critical role in assisting the Assistant Director of Athletics – External Relations with the coordination and execution of day-to-day operational responsibilities for the Department of Athletics. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, departmental purchasing, facility supervision, and comprehensive support of game day operations. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, significant applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of collegiate coaching experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA Division II and Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) rules and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, as well as other coaches and team managers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
