About The Position
The Athletic Operations Coordinator I provides administrative support to the coaching staff and athletic programs of low- to moderate-complexity as assigned. Manages recruiting activities, visits made by prospective student-athletes, arrangements for all home and away contests, and promotional activities. Ensures compliance with University, SEC and NCAA guidelines. Works a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends. Travels between practice facilities and office complexes as necessary to carry out functions of the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire.
- Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies.
- Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation.
