About The Position

The Athletic Maintenance Worker performs custodial cleaning, servicing, and maintenance duties for athletic facilities. The role also participates in event preparation, maintains sanitation, responds to department personnel needs, and provides building oversight and security as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Less than one year of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Valid North Carolina driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned areas in athletic buildings, including interior and exterior locations.
• Provide service and support, and maintain facility repairs.
• Maintain trash in assigned areas within the Athletic Department.
• Oversee and encourage recycling within office areas of Baker Sports Complex.
• Work athletic events and assist with event setups.
• Maintain trash and clean restrooms and other areas used during events.
• Provide building oversight and secure athletic buildings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
