About The Position

Candidates will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the management of NCAA Division II athletic facilities. Candidates will be involved in all phases of facility management, gameday management, as well as day-to-day operations of the athletic department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • "Fans First" mindset
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Work as game manager for any of the University’s 22 athletic programs.
  • Assist in the coordination and production of internal & external special events.
  • Aid in the production of athletic gameday setups, transitions, and breakdowns.
  • Promote student employee success through the supervision and training of student support staff.
  • Scheduling student support staff, maintaining payment records, and communicating event needs with student support staff.
  • Perform indoor and outdoor facility upkeep and maintenance.
  • Operate scorekeeping equipment, AV equipment, and limited heavy machinery.
