About The Position

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County is seeking a dynamic, part-time Athletic Coordinator to run sports programs that teach a foundational, recreational joy of participating in team sports. This role involves working directly with youth from Kindergarten through Middle School, delivering fun, high-energy sports enrichment programming, teaching the fundamentals of teamwork, sportsmanship, and the joy of staying active, and fostering a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with youth from Kindergarten through Middle School.
• Ability to teach fundamentals of teamwork, sportsmanship, and staying active.
• Ability to foster a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, high-energy sports enrichment programming directly to local youth.
