About The Position

The Athletic Communications Department promotes Union College student-athletes through our website and wide-ranging media relations efforts. This position offers students a variety of communications opportunities for those interested in the athletic communications field.
Requirements
- Knowledge of sports is preferred
- Professionalism and positive attitude
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and learn
Responsibilities
- Assisting at home athletic events with statistical inputting and spotting
- Running the clock, scoreboard or other game operations at home games
- Writing game recaps for posting on the athletics website
- Producing social media graphics, website maintenance, etc.
- Additional duties as needed
