About The Position

The Athletic Administration Intern will assist with research, coordination, and operations across all Academy sport programs during Spring 2027. The intern will support Associate ADs and Sport Directors in developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving program initiatives. They will also contribute to research and survey work and help monitor trends in international sport development and participation.

Requirements

• Desire to learn and develop strong sports business skills.
• Relationship-oriented, with a proven track record of successful professional relationships.
• Ability to make effective and efficient progress on simultaneous projects.
• Results-oriented, with a consistent track record of delivery.
• Detail-oriented and intellectually curious.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and/or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Support Associate ADs in researching, developing, and implementing initiatives across Academy sport programs.
• Liaise with Sport Program Directors to monitor, measure, and optimize initiatives in day-to-day operations.
• Support research projects related to college recruitment, coach education, compliance, and student-athlete retention.
• Monitor trends in international sport development and participation.
• Help administer and analyze customer and staff surveys and recommend program improvements.
• Participate as a support team member to Sport Directors.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes.
