Requirements
- Valid CNH category B for at least 1 year
- Completed High School
- Previous customer service experience
- Customer negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Attend to clients by providing information related to car rental, negotiating rates and add-ons when necessary, as well as verifying client profiles for rental release, aiming to open rental contracts that meet client needs and expectations and business profitability.
