Requirements
- Valid driver's license, category B, for at least 1 year.
- Completed High School.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Customer negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Attend to clients by providing information related to car rentals, negotiating rates and additional services when necessary.
- Verify client profiles for rental approvals.
- Open rental contracts that meet client needs and expectations, as well as business profitability.
