The ATE Training Instructor plays a pivotal role in assessing and addressing training needs across various markets. This position ensures that ATE team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively and deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include developing and implementing training plans to keep team members up to date with the latest technology while also providing training on existing resources. As a subject matter expert, the instructor will collaborate with the training team to create materials such as new hire training modules, job aids, interactive or microlearning videos, and Learning Management System (LMS) content.
