About The Position

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly—ensuring accurate documentation, supporting payroll and compliance tasks, and helping maintain our high standards of service. Requirements

• Education and/or experience in education, social work, disability services, or a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to pass a background check and obtain a valid DPS fingerprint card.
• Comfortable learning new software and working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Must have a reliable home workspace and childcare arrangements (if applicable).

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with databases or data tracking systems.
• Experience in remote administrative support roles.
• Understanding of AHCCCS, DDD, or other human services compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage spreadsheets, tracking tools, and reports to support compliance and informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate employee and member records in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Respond to internal communications within one business day and ensure clear, respectful follow-up.
• Assist with payroll, vehicle compliance tracking, and day-to-day administrative needs as directed by the ATC Manager.
• Apply critical thinking and a solutions-focused mindset when challenges arise.
• Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel), internal systems, and databases to keep processes running efficiently.
• Manage your time well and stay focused in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture and support special projects as requested.
