About The Position

Here are some of the tasks you'll be responsible for daily: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards Execute housekeeping requests like extra towels, toothpaste/brush, iron, hair dryer delivery, etc Execute maintenance requests like TV issues, battery replacement in a remote, assistance with HVAC Shuttle driver, that will include pick up/drop off of the mail, assistance with fire pits Anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals Perform any job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

Self- starting personality who is reliable
Always maintain professional appearance
Team player who is willing to help with other duties
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Valid driver’s license (required)
Be prepared to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position will require moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
This position will require moving for 90% of the time sometimes in varying temperatures.
