About The Position

Unity Communications is looking for an AT&T Channel Manager to lead our indirect sales initiatives and strengthen our partnerships within the telecommunications ecosystem. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of strategic services, telecommunications, and technology markets
  • At least three years of experience in channel management, partner sales, or B2B marketing (BPO or tech sector preferred)
  • Proven ability in project management and campaign execution
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM, reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana)
  • Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish proficiency (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute channel marketing programs and processes to enhance value and improve partner performance
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and intermediaries aligned with Unity’s strategic goals
  • Develop and implement integrated channel plans that leverage business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Educate and support partners with product knowledge, sales materials, and up-to-date information to ensure success
  • Build competitive value propositions and go-to-market strategies to mitigate market threats
  • Design and manage content-driven campaigns to attract and convert customers through partner channels
  • Analyze campaign data and create dashboards to track performance, optimize outcomes, and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure partner alignment and program success
