About The Position

The ASUNM Senate - Legislative Coordinator is a student employment position responsible for supporting the ASUNM Senate. This role involves taking minutes at committee meetings, updating legislation during senate sessions, formatting documents for distribution, and collaborating with the Director of Communications to publish senate content on the ASUNM website. Additional duties may be assigned by the ASUNM Vice President's Office.

Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in at least 6 hours with a 2.0 cumulative GPA.

Responsibilities

  • Taking minutes at the Steering and Rules committee meetings.
  • Updating legislation during the senate meetings.
  • Updating and formatting documents to be sent out from ASUNM.
  • Working with the Director of Communications to publish senate related content to the ASUNM website.
  • Other duties as needed by the ASUNM Vice President's Office.
