This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate ready to step into a larger leadership role or an existing Supervisor looking for greater career growth, stronger client relationships, and a clear path toward Assurance Manager. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA, CPA Candidate, or EA designation
  • 4+ years of public accounting experience
  • Experience supervising audit, review, or compilation engagements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and complete audit, review, and compilation engagements
  • Review engagement workpapers and financial reporting deliverables
  • Resolve technical and engagement-related issues efficiently
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and engagement progress
  • Communicate significant findings and developments to firm leadership
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Serve as a key contact throughout engagements
  • Deliver exceptional client service and responsiveness
  • Assist clients with financial reporting and accounting challenges
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and services
  • Supervise Associates and Senior Associates
  • Review staff work and provide constructive feedback
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the Assurance practice
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and performance development
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Prepare and review audit reports and client deliverables
  • Stay current on changes in auditing standards and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm quality standards
  • Research complex accounting and auditing matters
  • Serve as a technical resource for team members
