Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license certification.
- Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
- Experience leading teams of high performing people.
Nice To Haves
- Retail and Real Estate experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with clients.
- Assist clients in obtaining necessary funding.
- Assist clients with meeting their audit and financial planning objectives.
- Lead staff development, mentoring, and oversee client engagement teams.
- Lead engagement progress by monitoring time budgets and deadlines.
- Communicate important developments, facts, conclusions, and recommendations to the engagement principal.
