About The Position

This position is for an Assistant Varsity Football Coach. The coach will be responsible for upholding the standards of the program and demonstrating good sportsmanship. The role requires knowledge of the sport's rules and skills, as well as an understanding of VHSL rules. The coach will work with children and is expected to be program-centered.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of coaching experience as an Assistant or Head Coach preferred.
• Must have extensive knowledge of the rules and skills in the sport applying for.
• Must be program centered.
• Must have specific skills and exhibits good sportsmanship.
• Must have knowledge of VHSL rules.
• Works well with children.
• Previously competed at the college level, club team or professional level.
• Submit a standard on-line application.
• Include two letters of reference.
• Include a recent TB test or screening.

Nice To Haves

• One year of coaching experience as an Assistant or Head Coach.
