About The Position

The Assistant Program Director, Primary Care Psychiatry Fellowship is an independently licensed PCBH provider who provides educational leadership, program collaboration, clinical education, and clinical supervision to the psychiatric services fellows under the direction of the Director of Psychiatric Services. This role also involves providing episodic behavioral health services and interventions to a high volume of FHCW patients on their assigned care team.

Requirements

• Independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD).
• Minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience in an integrated BH role.
• Minimum of two years post-graduate experience for the PsyD. candidate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, synthesize, and deliver feedback on current psychiatry fellows’ performance.
• Lead the evaluation process for psychiatry fellows, ensuring assessments are comprehensive, constructive, and aligned with program goals.
• Design and implement a Behavioral Health Skills curriculum emphasizing trauma-informed and mission-driven care.
• Facilitate weekly educational sessions for psychiatry fellows and integrate skill development into ongoing supervision and clinical practice.
• Assist in staff, fellows and provider training in integrated behavioral health-primary care model and techniques.
• Provide episodic behavioral health services and interventions to a high volume of FHCW patients on their assigned care team.
