Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is an 80-bed full-service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, AR, that has been providing quality health care to the residents of Arkansas since 1985. As a member of the Assessment and Referral department, the Assistant Director provides direct patient care to include the completion of assessments, assisting in the formulation of treatment recommendation, and guides/monitors staff in the day to day processes of the department with the guidance of the Director. The Assistant Director interfaces with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, and healthcare facilities; ensures compliance for quality patient care and compliance with the Joint Commission standards, State Health Department requirements, and all other regulatory standards.
