The role involves collaborating with various departments to optimize workflows, manage resources, and implement operational strategies that align with company goals. The Assistant Operations Manager will also contribute to problem-solving efforts, process improvements, and performance monitoring to drive continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar managerial role.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
