Asst. Maintenance Tech. - EV Longview
About The Position
Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Longview, a 100-unit Senior Living Community is looking for a fulltime Asst. Maintenance Technician. This person will assist and work under the direct supervision of the Community Director, providing excellent customer service each day in all aspects of operations, including resident and staff relations. Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas, which include picking up trash and maintaining the cleanliness of hallways. Responsible for completing make-readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies. Responsible for the completion of service work orders. Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description. Must be able to work an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- At least two-years prior apartment maintenance experience required.
- EPA required.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.
- Must be able to work an on call rotation.
Nice To Haves
- CPO certification preferred.
