Asst. Maintenance Tech - Vista Ridge
About The Position
Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Vista Ridge 120-unit, Senior Living Community is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Technician. Assists and works with the Lead Maintenance Technician providing outrageous customer service every day in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations. Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas which include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of hallways. Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies.
Requirements
- At least two-years prior apartment maintenance experience required.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing preferred.
- EPA and CPO certification preferred.
