About The Position

Peak Living is a fast-growing property management company with communities across the United States, focused on developing high quality teams. The Maintenance Technician, under the direction of the Service Manager, is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. The typical range of hours is based on community needs and may require weekends and after-hour emergency services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
