Porters Neck Country Club is seeking a driven, hospitality-focused Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with a strong emphasis on restaurant operations and member experience. This leadership role is ideal for a service professional who thrives in a fast-paced private club environment and is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences for members and guests alike. As one of the premier private clubs in coastal North Carolina, Porters Neck Country Club offers a dynamic atmosphere with multiple dining venues, high-volume member events, golf tournaments, and an active social calendar. We are looking for a leader who can help elevate daily operations while supporting and developing a strong service team. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and culinary leadership team to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, member service standards, staff supervision, and event execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visible on the floor, service-oriented, and capable of leading by example.
