From elegant weddings and member celebrations to golf tournaments, wine dinners, holiday events, and club social functions, Porters Neck Country Club hosts a robust and dynamic banquet calendar throughout the year. The Assistant Banquet Chef will play a key role in ensuring every event is executed with excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail. The Assistant Banquet Chef works closely with the Executive Chef and Banquet Chef to oversee banquet food production, execution, preparation, and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, team-oriented, and capable of performing in a fast-paced private club environment while maintaining high culinary standards.
