Asst. Engineer Simulation
About The Position
This role involves BIW Robot simulation, including building simulation cells, conducting reachability and feasibility studies, validating BIW tools, and performing weld distribution and gun selection. The engineer will also be responsible for cycle time chart preparation, creating layouts from simulation cells for offline programming, configuring RCS with Simulation (RRS), generating downloads, and validating processes in workcells/stations. Key deliverables include quality checks as per standards, customer reviews, preparing customer-prescribed documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements

- Layout and cycle time optimization
- Diploma with 3 yrs. of experience
- Degree with 2 yrs. of experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience in MBRDI and other global OEM's will be added advantage.
